So how does Benny accomplish such a thing? How can one play music that infects both young and old? Well, of course the intensity of this fact is location- and people-depending, but in general this also seems to be sort of a basic principle once he spins. Let’s try to explain this with one of Benny’s main qualities – his music. All in all his sets are melodic and touched by a breeze of melancholy and deepness, containing a huge amount of live-played instruments. Nevertheless you don’t have the feeling to be treated with nice but undanceable background music. Maybe this fusion of “beauty and beat” is the reason why you have those different people forming the dancefloor. Letīs go and find out if you’re one of them… But Benny not only convinces with his unique style as a DJ. Also as a producer he feels closely related to the sound of GOGO Music. Fitted out with piano-lessons since the age of six, Benny early began to compose his own music. Besides his constant remix work for GOGO, he also reworked “The Way Love Goes” by DARA Band/Michael Procter, which was released on London based Shack Music in August 2004. Nowadays Benny resides in the lovely “Studio-Club-Lounge” in Wuerzburg. You can’t go wrong to pay a visit there any Saturday, for you’ll always be equipped with good sound either performed by Benny himself or no less a person than Ralf GUM.
